Mailing List
If you join the Studio List, the information you provide, such as your name and email address, is used to send occasional emails about new paintings, collections, studio news, exhibitions and other relevant updates.
The mailing list is managed using MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Studio List email.
Orders & Payments
When you purchase artwork or prints through this website, information necessary to process and fulfil your order will be collected.
Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout. Painted By. Michelle does not directly store your full payment card details.
Information relating to purchases may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, provide customer service and meet applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Squarespace & Website Analytics
This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may process information about visitors in order to securely provide and operate the website.
